Current Event: Taliban poison attack or mass hysteria? Chaos hits another Kabul girls' school

-What's being discussed in this article?

Totia High School, an all girls' school in Kabul, allegedly experienced a poison gas attack this past month. I say allegedly because it has not yet been proven that there was indeed a poisonous gas set loose in the school, but there is no doubt that it caused chaos. There was an order to evacuate the school when at about 10:30, many girls began fainting. A total of 46 students were sent to the hospital, 18 fell unconscious at school. Doctors believe it was most likely a poisonous gas attack, however they didn't dismiss the idea that it was due to mass hysteria due to existence of violence surges across the country. They believe that while some of the girls were actually poisoned, some of the girls fainted from shock of seeing their friends become ill.

-When did the event happen? (Is this breaking news or something that's been analyzed and discussed for a while?)
